The best option they have for themselves financially, it IS however unfair, prejudice, and if it went the other way would be stopped by women’s rights groups before you could say “gender equality lawsuit”. They could easily charge everyone the same rate and make it so that if you do commit a traffic crime your rates skyrocket astronomically.
